Do you know how much homes in the subdivision have been selling for?
Do you know why not to chose a particular lot?
Do you know how much homes are selling in a similar subdivision in the same
area?
Do you know what incentive programs the builder is currently announcing
through buyer's agents.
Do you know that there may be a foreclosure in the same subdivision selling
for tens of thousands less than what the builder is asking now?
etc. These are just some of the questions that a good buyer's agent can
answer for you and save you a lot of money on the long run. You will not
save, by not using a knowledgeable agent. You may only lose money.
